2014 Wedding Color Trends

If these colors are any indication of what 2014 brings, it's going to be an *awesome* year! From crisp Celosia Orange to the neutral Sand, these Pantone colors are going to be all over the runway and pinterest in the upcoming months. Which ones are your favorites?

Cayenne is a medium {light} shade of red and closely resembles coral. Cayenne is darker and has more blue in its base than traditional Coral which can be almost orange'y. Cayenne pairs well with neutrals for an added spicy heat.

Celosia Orange is a medium light shade of red-orange. This color reminds me of the sun setting and would be fabulous paired with Violet Tulip. Celosia Orange has fun, optimism and spontaneity written all over it.

Dazzling is the *perfect* word to describe this brilliant, and lively blue.

Are you as in love with this sparkling yellow as I am?! Freesia Yellow will not only be gracing the wedding circuit this spring, I'm betting it will be all over the runways as well!

Similar to the leafy shade of springtime foliage, Hemlock is a summer'y, ornamental green, and provides a decorative touch that's very different from the greens of recent seasons.

Paloma grey is a versatile color that can be worn alone or paired with any other color for a brilliant and interesting combination.

Placid Blue reminds me of a comforting blue sky. It just screams peace and inspiration to me. :)

Feeling adventurous? Radiant Orchid is a more bold version of Violet Tulip and is the perfect choice for a springtime wedding.

Sand is a lightly toasted and charming neutral. For me, it conjures images of the beaches and burlap and the cheerful days of summer. Pairing Sand with Hemlock would be a perfect, natural balance.

Violet Purple is a dreamy purple that evokes whimsical vintage qualities.
